Day 1 : Melbourne

Arrive Melbourne airport and transfer to hotel. Check into hotel. Day free at leisure. Overnight in Melbourne. (Note: Standard check in time is 1400 hours, will request for early check in.)

Day 2 : Melbourne

Breakfast at hotel. Today proceed for Full Day Great Ocean Road Tour. Come and explore Victoria’s Surf Coast and more must-see destinations near Melbourne. Enjoy a 12 Apostles tour, visit picturesque cities and townships along this world-famous coastline, and soak up the history of sites like the Loch Ard Gorge. There’s much more to the Great Ocean Road than just the photo opportunities, come and see for yourself. Highlights of the tour

Day 3 : Melbourne

Breakfast at hotel. Today afternoon proceed for Philip Island & Penguin Parade Tour. The tour starts with a drive south-east from Melbourne to reach Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park where you will meet endangered species, kangaroos, wallabies and koalas plus an array of colorful birds and reptiles. Your journey then leads onto Phillip Island, the home of the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and the famous Little Penguins. Upon arrival on the Island, depending on the time of year and your interests, you will visit Woolamai beach to see surfers riding the waves. During the daylight savings months, you will travel to the town of Cows where you will have free time for dinner. In the winter months you can have something to eat at the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre. Finally, a trip to Phillip Island is not complete without its black-tie gala event the Penguin Parade. Head to the Visitor Centre to shop, have a coffee and meander along the boardwalk to the viewing platform where you will see the little penguins come ashore, decked out in their tuxedos as they hurry off to find their burrows. Overnight in Melbourne.

Day 4 : Melbourne - Cairns

After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Cairns Airport. Arrive Cairns and SIC transfer to hotel in Cairns. Overnight in Cairns.

Day 5 : Cairns

Breakfast at hotel. Full day Green Island Big Cat Cruise. Tour includes Coach transfers, buffet lunch, reef tax, return transfer to Green Island, tea and coffee on boarding, activity and snorkeling demonstration, fish feeding display, self-guided island walk, Semi-Submarine tour, a choice of touring options. Glass bottom boat tour, Snorkeling equipment for the day. Overnight in Cairns.

Day 6 : Cairns

Breakfast at hotel. Today you will be picked you up from your hotel to commence a full day Kuranda Skyrail, and Scenic Rail tour. Transfer to Smithfield Terminal to board the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway at the scheduled time advised by the driver and glide over and through the rainforest canopy to Kuranda. There are two stations en-route where you can alight and enjoy a walk through the rainforest to spectacular lookouts or visit the CSIRO Interpretive Centre. Arrive at Kuranda to enjoy free time for approximately 3 hours, and explore the 'Village in the Rainforest' and its many attractions including the Heritage Markets. Enjoy lunch (own expense). Other Kuranda Village attractions you may wish to visit are Bird world, The Australian Butterfly Sanctuary or Kuranda Koala Gardens (own expense). At 02:00pm board the Kuranda Scenic Railway for the journey to Cairns, and enjoy spectacular views as the train travels through 15 hand cut tunnels and past spectacular waterfalls. Stop at Barron Gorge to view the falls before arriving at Freshwater Station. Tour concludes at approximately 04:00pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence. Overnight in Cairns.

Day 7 : Cairns - Gold coast

After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to the airport to board your flight to Brisbane Airport. Arrive Brisbane and SIC transfer to hotel in Gold Coast. Overnight in Gold Coast.

Breakfast at hotel. Today proceed for Full Day Sea World Tour. Day 12 : Auckland - Rotorua

Today check out and drive to Rotorua. Today en-route Visit to Waitomo Glowworm Caves & Hobbiton Movie Set. The glow worm, Arachnocampa luminosa, is unique to New Zealand. Thousands of these tiny creatures radiate their unmistakable luminescent light as our expert guides provide informative commentary on the Caves' historical and geological significance. Waitomo Glowworm Caves are a must see for any traveler. Enjoy the world-famous boat ride under thousands of magical glowworms and become a part of over 120 years of cultural and natural history. Tour departs every half hour from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Tour duration 45 minutes Please report to the Waitomo Glowworm Cave ticket office (39 Waitomo Village Road) 10 minutes before tour departs.

Post Glow worm drive towards Matamata (Approx. 1hr30mins drive) for Hobbiton Movie Set. Hidden on private farmland near the town of Matamata. Here, the village of Hobbiton was carefully created in amazing detail as a film location for the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movie trilogies. During your guided tour of this amazing location you'll see sights like Hobbit holes, the Mill and the Green Dragon Inn, and learn how farmland was transformed into a living, breathing piece of Middle-earth. Post tour drive to Rotorua & check into hotel. (Approx. 1hr drive). Overnight in Rotorua.

Day 13 : Rotorua

Today proceed for Te Puia Admission including HAKA. Join your Te Puia guide at Te Puia New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute, Hemo Road, Rotorua, to commence a Guided Tour and Maori cultural concert. Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Valley has inspired the local Maori people for centuries the guides will recount stories handed down from their ancestors as you explore this unique geothermal reserve with its boiling mud and sulphur pools and the 30 metre (100 ft) Pohutu Geyser, which erupts up to 20 times a day. After the guided tour finishes, gather outside the main entrance to the Marae. At 10.15am, 12.15pm or 3.15pm a traditional welcome mark the start of 45 minutes of song and dance inside the sacred meeting house. Tour concludes approximately 2 hours 15 minutes after commencement, at Te Puia.
Later proceed for Polynesian Spa. Polynesian Spa is New Zealand's leading international spa, providing a unique thermal spa experience on the shore of Lake Rotorua. In a picturesque, tranquil setting overlooking Lake Rotorua, visitors can enjoy a wonderful fusion of hot mineral spring bathing, spa therapies and lake views. Day 14 : Rotorua - Auckland- Queenstown

Today check out and drive back to Auckland. Arrive Auckland Airport and drop off your rental car and board your flight to Queenstown. Arrive Queenstown, SIC transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Queenstown.

Day 15 : Queenstown

Today proceed for Milford Sound Nature Cruise (Seat in Coach) with Buffet Lunch. Get up close and personal with Milford Sound on our leisurely Nature Cruise. As you cruise the length of the fiord, learn about the history of the region and benefit from the knowledge of your specialist nature guide. Experience the spray of a waterfall as you cruise close to sheer rock faces or watch out for dolphins, seals and in season, the rare Fiordland crested penguins. Overnight in Queenstown.

Today pick up your rental. Proceed for Skyline Gondola & Luge. Take a ride with the Skyline Gondola to the top of Bob's Peak and immerse yourself in the panoramic views of Queenstown and the surrounding mountains. There is plenty to keep you entertained while you take in the scenery. When you get to the top, discover a host of family-friendly activities on offer. Get on a chairlift to the Luge Top Station, get on our purpose-built Luge carts and take an exciting, downhill ride on over 800 metres of banked corners, tunnels and dippers to a backdrop of stunning views you'll find out that once is never enough! Day 17 : Queenstown - Lake Tekapo

Today check out and drive to Lake Tekapo (Approx. 3 hrs drive). Check into hotel. In the evening proceed for Dark Sky Project - Lake Tekapo Mt John Observatory Dome at night. Day 18 : Lake Tekapo

Today proceed for 13,000 Feet Tandem Skydive – Mt. Cook with spectacular views of Aoraki/ Mt. Cook National Park, Lake Ohau, Pukaki & Tekapo. Take the jump! On this 13,000ft dive, you enjoy a 10-minute scenic flight, up to 45 seconds of free-fall, and 3-5 minutes under the parachute. Balance Day free at leisure. Today visit Mount Cook National Park. Hooker Valley Trek is recommended. The track leads up the Hooker Valley and along the Hooker River, ending at the glacier lake, where there are amazing views of Aoraki/Mount Cook on a clear day. Along the way you will cross three swing bridges and encounter picturesque icebergs, glaciers and majestic mountains that will have you reaching for your camera at every turn. Overnight in Lake Tekapo.

Day 19 : Lake Tekapo - Christchurch

Today check out and drive to Christchurch. (Approx. 3 hrs drive). Overnight at hotel in Christchurch.

Day 20 : Christchurch

Today drive to Kaikoura. Reach Kaikoura and proceed for Whale watching Cruise. Board your Whale Watch Kaikoura vessel at "The Whale way Station, Railway Station Road, Kaikoura to commence a Whale Watch Kaikoura cruise. The vessel is a modern catamaran designed especially for whale watching. The main passenger cabin is enclosed, air-conditioned and fitted with comfortable seating, while large outside decks offer great viewing and photo opportunities. Prepare for exciting up-close encounters with Giant Sperm Whales. Clients may also see migratory humpback whales (June-July), Hector's and Dusky Dolphins, Orcas (December-March) and NZ Fur Seals, as well as plenty of bird species including Royal Albatross, Petrels and Shearwaters. Cruise concludes approximately 3 hours 30 minutes after commencement, back at "The Whale way Station. Return back to Christchurch. Overnight in Christchurch.
